Any thoughts on this? See attached. After uninstall of Inkscape, Windows 10 still thinks it is there, in some sense, but it is not. The 'Inkscape' folders found are where I have files, not the one that would be under the Programs path. I have deleted references from the registry via regedit also.
Windows will not remove user data for a program, so programs can be updated while keeping settings, preferences and custom configurations like patterns,symbols, templates, etc.
Programs installed from the Windows Store may behave differently as well.
