No problem here. Maybe check the page size in your printer setup? Or [File > Save a Copy...] and choose pdf as the file type.
Reproduced on Windows by printing the shared SVG to Microsoft Print to PDF.
Seems related to display scaling settings other than 100% in Windows.Overriding high DPI settings for Inkscape 1.3 beta also works, but makes Inkscape blurry.
