I have make objects in clipping group, but after i reopen the file, the clipping group in my layer is gone

How to fix this?

But it seems the clipping group is still working and looks normal to version 1.1.2. 

1.2 has a new icon representing the clipped group.

How for me to see the layer description of clipping group, i know the clipping group still working, but i just want to see the clipping group description in layer in case i want to edit the clipping group again

It´s there:

No i mean, in the second picture, how to enable the description so it isn't just the eye and the padlock icon?

Your second picture shows the Layers dialog.
Your first picture shows the Objects dialog.

@Polygon is that to show us which object is used to clipping group? 

It shows which objects are grouped to be clipped by what´s labeled "Clip" in the hierarchy.

Oh i see...  With that, i can instantly see objects with their description, thank you for your information once again

Always have an eye on "Objects" tab - it´ll become messy easily when you start/introduce multiple Clip-Groups for sure.

And don´t forget: you can label everything to your taste.
