In German? I found the support for display- and pen-displayΒ rather basic. And the Calligraphy pen is the only one for dynamic strokes. Not sure what youΒ΄re expecting right now. I mainly use Inkscape for stamp making.

    MMmh. Whatever ... :D

TD, you've been a bit too fast. Not moving back, though. Maybe it gets more exposure this way (although, well... Inkscape is not made to be used with touch screens. Especially not to be used without a keyboard. Good luck!)

There are a number of users that prefer stylus input for drawing... we hear from them when the tablet/drawing-pad stops working.

While waiting for some opinions, I'd try the device forums, for example the Surface forums, and see if anyone is using Inkscape.

I've read that the surface tablets under 500 euros are not all good, so I'll get the ipad for 380 euros there in the store there are also good vector apps on Android there aren't any decent ones.

They range in price from low to high, but all are highly recommended, and there are numerous YouTube 'How to...' videos on how to use them with Inkscape.

I'm thinking about getting a tablet, but I've decided to wait until I can afford one because it's an investment, not just a wanted item. If you buy cheap (not necessarily the price I'm referring to), you'll buy again and again. Invest wisely, especially in a professional setting.

I recommend sticking with what you have, saving up for quality, and you'll feel more motivated and have more time when you don't have to worry about driver support, software updates, bugs, or poor customer service.
