Hi! I'm new to Inkscape but have used Illustrator. There was an option to view details of a vector in illustrator to see if there were any linked images or bitmapping going on. Is there an option to do something similar to that in Inkscape? A little more info, I'm a Shutterstock contributor and one of my vectors keeps rejecting for linked images/bitmapping/raster effects. But I can't figure out what's causing the issue. Any help would be much appreciated. TIA!
Yes. Menu: View>Display Mode>Outline.Β Bitmaps will generally be a red rectangle with crossing diagonal lines.Β In v1.0, there is also xray and split to show the same, but in combination with normal view.
Most likely, that is a clipped object, but clicking on that object to select it and looking at the status bar should provide an indication. Keeping in mind, that objects may be inside groups or in nested groups and will need to be double-clicked to drill into the groups.

Ok, just tried that and didn't see any red. I see something with a green outline. Do you know what thatΒ outline would mean?
