a friend had converted to me the graph to PNG (link below) after virtualization and saving into SVG (link below) so that I could read it in Matlab.. Someone please can explain to me how I can do it by myself on Inkscape let's know that when I do it myself and si ave it in SVG format the file does not contain all the information like the metadata xlink:href= <rect style ..etc

Seems the SVG has gone.
Not sure if you like the result:
Select the PNG and go Path->Trace Bitmap=Multicolor/Colors/Scans=3, check "Remove Background" hit "Apply" - delete bitmap.
