I'm a beginner in using Inkscape, because I have a lot to learn. In my studies with the tool, I noticed something unusual about object clones. I have both version 0.92.5 and version 1.0 and the event is basically the same in both. What happens is that to re-link clones to a new ellipse type object, it needs to have a different Rx value than Ry and vice versa. If these values are equal, the clones will not be relinked. In version 1.0, just change the value of Rx or Ry to different values and then leave them the same, since the relinking will work normally. For version 0.92.5 it is necessary to leave Rx and Ry with different values. I wonder if the same thing happens to you. Thank you for your attention.
Hugs!
P.S1.: Forgive me if I posted in the wrong place or if there was already a topic reporting something similar.
P.S2.: And forgive me too, I don' speak English very well.
