Unreported bug?: Intermittent crash on copying path and accessing LPE dialog - Beginners' Questions

I searched Inkscape's GitLab site, but I couldn't find it. I am not sure, however, because I really don't understand GitLab.

Sometimes when I copy a path, select a different path, and try to access the LPE dialog, which I leave open and docked, Inkscape 1.3.0 crashes. I've copied the error message that came up for a couple different incidences.

Is that new or is it already on GitLab?
