Really new at this and trying to find my way around. Probably more questions as I get more time to try things.
1) Where do I find what version of Inkscape I am working with? (I think I have Inkscape 1.0.0 - the most current one at the website download). A month from now I will probably have forgotten. Memory fades quickly.
2) Is there a way to change the size of the eraser tool? Sometimes its not practical to select an entire area and delete it. I was not able to find a way to re-size the eraser path anywhere; nor could I find any reference in the manual. Other picture editors I have used always had different sizes for the eraser, just like there are different spray patterns, pen stroke widths, etc.
