In my istallation of Inkscape (0.92.4 in Win 10) are three tools in the toolbox missing.The last three at the bottom: Meshes, Dropper tool and Connectors. Why?
Do you notice that absolutely tiny symbol at the bottom of the toolbar, that looks like this, except much tinier? >>
If you click on that, it will open a text menu with the rest of the tools. Click on whichever tool you need in that menu, to enable it.
There's an option in Preferences > Interface, where you can change the size of the icons. Maybe making them smaller would make enough room for all of them to appear?
