Beginners' Questions Text is overlapping on top of the image

    Working on an SVG file by importing the bird svg file into the document, then adding a text. Not too sure why the text is overlapping when i open the file in Chrome.

    Attached three screenShots as well as the SVG file.

    I'd try setting the text alignment to center.
