Can anyone please tell me where the text alignment went?

It used to be right under the font preview. Now I can't find it anywhere with the new update. Thanks!

I don't have that option on my windows pc and I everything on my show/hide is selected 

Nevermind. That showed it! I was clicking on the box and not on the text itself. Thank you!!
