I saved a lot of svg files for a small business I started (I am not a graphic designer but have taught myself the basics) the files are simple, black rectangle with some text. When emailing there were no issues. After a few days Windows converted all the files sto html documents, I searched how to correct this and it seemed setting Inkscape as the default program was the answer. I did this, all my files have Inkscape icons and state they are svg's. However when emailing them now, the receiver only see's a black rectangle. I have viewed on different platforms - Chrome, internet explorer etc and see the same thing. When opening in Inkscape the files are fine. How do I correct this? It is the same when I make a new file...I require the files for my small business and can now do nothing as no one can view anything after the html mess...
