I have created an svg that has an image with a drop shadow. It appears great within Inkscape and Google Chrome, but fails to show up in other programs. Any ideas of what the issue could be? Compatibility issue? If so, what can I do to increase compatibility? The drop shadow was created with the drop shadow filter.

Not all programs will render filters. The shadow could be converted to a bitmap with transparency.
