So i wanted to follow a tutorial i found on youtube and i´ve tried to create an object and edited the stroke because i wanted to create a path out of the stroke but when i mark the object and go to the menu: path> stroke to path, it says that there are no paths with strokelines marked
i haven´t found any solution online so i try it here please help
Is your object part of a group? That would prevent the 'stroke to path' operation happening.
Click your object once, then look down at Inkscape's taskbar, just below the colour swatches. What does it say there? If it says 'group of [x] objects', you'll need to ungroup before you can carry out 'stroke to path'.
