I know this is something simple, but I'm brand new to this program. I want to put some text onto the curved outer edge of circle, with the text curving to follow the curve. In a different program I used, this was just a button called "Make compound path" and then I dragged the text to the edge of the circle I wanted to add it to, and the text conformed to the shape of the circle and attached itself. I've tried most of the buttons on Inkscape, and I can't figure it out. Thank you.
