I think something is wrong with my Inkscape. When I hold the space bar and move the mouse pointer, the screen does not move as it used to. Also, before, when I did Ctrl+scroll, my screen zoomed in and out, and now it no longer does it.
Another weird thing is that the mouse pointer is a four direction arrow and not the regular mouse pointer, even when it is on the left side menu (as you can see in the screenshot i took, the pointer is next to the elipse tool).
I have already reinstalled it. It worked as it used to, but now the problem returned.
For the zoom-on-scrolling thing open Preferences (shift+cmd+P) - go ->Behavior->Scrolling and check "mouse wheelΒ zooms by default". Moving canvas is middle-mouse-click&drag here (which means scroll-wheel-cklick+drag)- not sure sure how it translates to Windows as IΒ΄m on macOS.
When you hold spacebar you should get a "Space+mouse move to pan canvas" note at the status bar bottom of the Inkscape window and other hints+tips- checked that?

Hope you can help me.Β
