Snap toolbar is missing in InkScape 1.2.

Some version of the bar may return.
Looks like they are testing in 1.3-Dev appimage. Still on fence kinda like the new 1.2 version better if only it would stay on screen. (persistent)
Just added another option in preferences.
But it will need about a few months to release version 1.3 and return back snap toolbar.
It seems I will return back to version 1.0 until 1.3 will come.
@mendy Great! I personally prefer this new mode, but it's great that they listen to people and give options 💯
I am now on versino 1.0.2-2.
I will now wait for a a brighter future and comming back snap toolbar.
I can only hope that they don't have something else to hide in new version.

Just clarifying, I have no knowledge of when 1.3 will be released and even if the snap bar will be included in the next release. Some issue may show up that would prevent it's inclusion. Thus the DEV name.
By the way. In my mind came a question:
Why developers didn,t make a floating toolbar for snap tools?
Then users could change floating toolbar to fixed toolbar.

As to "Some issue may show up that would prevent it's inclusion"
Ubuntu was on verge of releasing a point release on Aug 4 and oops a last minute issue with snaps cropped up and it is pushed back to Aug 11.
TL;DR:
