i have been using coral draw and want to move over to inkscape but cannot seem to get inkscape to work with my Roland printer.
what i need to be able to do, is just write single text and 'send to left' which means i can send the text to bottom left of my print sheet.
reason i need to do this, is my roland print CUTS OUT the text, so with coral draw i set to left and it is not the full sheet of paper that prints out - it just prints out bottom left.
but i cannot seem to get this to work with inkscape. I ca place the text bottom left on my screen, but when i click print it is the whole sheet piece that prints out... but my roland printer does not cut out my text
