I've recently upgraded to the new version 1. I did work and left my computer for a few and came back to a red screen. I can't see any of my work unless I zoom all the way in which is way too big and doesn't fit on the screen.
Looks like a very large object. I'd delete it or use the transforms dialog to make it 100x or 1000x smaller.
