    Is there any way to save your inkscape file in a TIFF extension?

    Welcome to the forum!

    There might be an extension that will do that, but I don't have a link to it, if there is.  You would probably need to use another program to do that.

    Or maybe someone else knows of an extension?

    No, sorry, never saw an extension that exports to TIFF. Use imagemagick, or adjust an export extension to your needs, e.g. this one has a couple options already, it should easily be possible to add another one:
