What I was hoping to achieve: having an elliptical-shaped vector drawing to overlap the frame image, but not be see-through.
What happened: I can see the frame through the elliptical-shaped drawing. I attached the file to showcase what I am dealing with. I wish to maintain the color in the background as the backdrop of the elliptical drawing.

Inkscape is newly installed. Version 1.2.2. Used the Winders Installer Package, extension is .msi.
No special hardware is being used, I'm just using my laptop.
