I am shocked there is no option in the extensions to set up the Perspective for a raster image. Fortunately someone created a 3rd party extension that does just this, but I really believe this should be something that exists in Inkscape by default: https://github.com/s1291/InkRasterPerspective
Please consider adding this in the Raster extension pack in the future releases, because everyone should enjoy the magic of Raster manipulation inside Inkscape!
