I have a template that I'm editing in Inkscape. It needs to be output at a specific size when printed. On the screen I confirm that it is sized correctly but when I print it (I have tried 2 different printers) it does not print the correct size.
I verified with my document properties that I'm printing to the right size page (8.5x11) and there are 0 margins all the way around. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Windows 10 Brand new install of Inkscape 1.0
I can post an example, but I'm not sure it would help (I have a PDF, SVG and JPG). But to produce the problem here is what I did.
Create a new document, specifying 8.5 x 11 paper. I drew a rectangle (7.5" Wide x 9.5" tall). The measured size when printed is 7 1/8" wide x 9 1/16 tall.
