We can't help you with your printer.

Further, the link you provided appears to be unsafe, according to my local security.  It blocks me from visiting the page.

If you would like to provide some info as to a problem with Inkscape regarding printing, as well as provide a safe link to the error message, we'll be glad to help you.

Meanwhile, if one more person can confirm that link is unsafe, I'll be glad to handle this message as spam.

Someone test that link please, I think this is spam.

Brynn, I tried the link and did not get any messages at all (and I have several programs in place), but who knows.  It's basically a blog that tries to get you to call their company - perhaps that's the issue, if you actually call them, could be a scam site.  So, I can't say either way whether or keep or ban this post.

What I saw was a general answer like this:

    • Paper jam in the printer
    • Outdated or corrupted driver
    • Corrupted registry entries

I would suggest to the Lana Joseph to not use that site (to edit and remove it from the post), and go to the official Epson page and go to their forums.  If it is an outdated or corrupt driver (which I suspect), then they could advise her on how to proceed or provide additional information.

None of those printer issues have anything to do with Inkscape.  It's all advertising for the printer.  Plus a probable fishing site.

I would handle it myself, except I'm no longer a moderator.  I'll just click the report button.

A moderator can remove this whole topic now.  Looks like the op was finally removed as a spammer.
