Most of the content is composited with unneeded masks. I'd select all, use Object>Mask>Release, the delete the large white mask objects before saving a copy as pdf.
@TylerDurden thanks a lot, that worked for me! I didn't know the mask feature of inkscape. I received this svg by the chrome plugin SVG Screenshot. Know I know how to handl that kind of SVGs and what this little mask symbol means.
Exporting the attached svg, file with inkscape results in a PDF with missing parts, more than the right half is not exported, or hidden.
Opening the svg with various other programmes display it right and exporting to png with inkscape also work fine.
Using latest inkscape v. 1.3.2
PDF export does not work well with masks.
