Beginners' Questions Path effects problem with nodes moving

    Hi, I’m very new but have watched a few YouTube vids and wrote down step by step instructions for a gift I’m making for my niece. I did this a few times and it was fine but now every time I use path effects (lattice deformation 2) it moves nodes (I think?) before I can even do anything to it. Does anyone know what’s happening here or how to fix it?
