I'm a total Inkscape newbie and having what I hope is a very basic problem that I can't solve.
I'm using Inkscape to prepare a figure for publication. Part of this figure includes images that are then annotated.
On my screen and on PDF, everything looks OK. However, when I print the figure, part of it is missing. See attached.
File 1: what I see on my screen and what I get from a PDF printout.
File 2: what I get when I printout directly from inkscape
File 3: one of the images in the figure was moved then printout directly from inkscape - to show that the image is in fact printable.
As I'm new to Inkscape, I can't be certain of anything. However, I'm fairly certain that there is nothing on top of the images. I also believe that the images are on the top layer.
Any tips and suggestions would be much appreciated.
