Beginners' Questions multiple cuts in an object

    Hi experts,

    I have an object (made by many parts grouped together). I want to cut it with some lines, let's say in 3 parts. 

    Since the question is not (for me) very easily to explain I attach an example

    There is an updated extension that can divide multiple objects. It can be found here:  https://inkscape.org/~Moini/%E2%98%85multiple-boolean-operations-with-inx-pathops

     

    The video below can be downloaded by using a right click "save link as".
