When I save file in eps format it's loss it's data and pixelate

Help me how to solve this issue

I would check for filters, blurs, etc.

2. Describe your OS & version, the version of Inkscape and the installer you used.

Actually I m stock contributor. 

They show me error raster, bitmap Or linked image. 

Then I download Ghostscript to saw eps file. I saw the images was pixelate then I change pixel property, i delete inkscape and download again my current version is 1.0  

I hv window 10 os i try inkscape in 32 and 64 bit 

I saw many video but i didn't found my problem and also my solution. 

Please attach an example SVG file that has the issue.
