Hi, 

When I reload a file, a lot of my layers no longer appear in the Layers and Objects Panel. The layers have not been deleted, and still show up when I go to "move a layer" as shown in the image attached.

Is there any way to resolve this and make them appear in the panel?

I have the same problem . I reopen the file in another PC , and I cant see the objects in the layers

There is button in the upper left corner of the Layers & Objects dialog that will show/hide the objects. (Not exactly the same problem.)

Yes great. I think is better add this option in the menu, too
