Are Inkscapes layer folders really supposed to open just on selection? This is quite cumbersome when selecting multiple folders to drop in a new one. Is there a way to do this properly? See https://recordit.co/I1C61gDidj
Perhaps I'm wrong, but I don't recall this was the case in previous versions.
Another layer issue. I can't create new layer in layer panel. Available only by selecting the document window and thus choose new layer from the menu or cmd-shift-n.
