Beginners' Questions Inkscape keeps crashing when I use Erase tool.

    HI all. I am working on a rather large file with many nodes. I am trying to modify the file and delete objects using the erase tool. Inkscape keeps crashing when I attempt to delete in this manner. I prefer to delete this way as I have several hundred tiny objects to delete. Is there something I can do to prevent the crashes?

    I am having the same issue.  Crashes occur very often when trying to delete objects in a large file.
