I exported a logo I created and then used "photos" in built windows 10 app filters to make it look interesting-I used Neon filter. Now each time I try to export PNGs from inkscape they render with that neon filter from the photos app. Don't know what to do, don't even know what this error is called or what the root could be. I'm at lost. I deleted the photos app but the fault is still there. Can someone help please.

The logo looks normal in inkscape but neonΒ and a bit blurry when exported. This is for an important project. I need urgent help.
You probably enabled filter here which "blur" is. Select your object and check Status bar at the bottom of the Inkscape window. Filter can be deleted from objects at Filters->Remove Filters.
