When I import a eps file or ai file I get the message missing fonts how to solve that,

I do not understand I see the image but what is missing then and how to solve it.

How do I install them or what is the meaning of it
Inkscape uses system fonts, so I'd add any missing fonts to the computer OS and restart Inkscape.
