    Hello !

    Is there a method to increase the thickness of all horizontal lines at once ?

    First select all the lines you want to change.
    Open the dialog [Object > Fill and Stroke] or [shift+ctrl+f]
    Go to the tab [Stroke style]
    Change the value of [Width: XX]

    I recommend consulting [Help > Tutorials > Inkscape: Basic]
