This one is really weird.

I created a new document from Template I made.

Then I clicked on the "Create rectangles and squares".

But when I tgried to start drawing I see it start drawing ellipse/circle.

How can I draw rectangle?

The dialogs open on the right are not a problem and you may close them if you prefer.

I'd use the rectangle tool to make a shape, and while the tool is still active and the object selected, use the button described earlier to return the rounding handles to the zero (no rounding) position.
