I'm not sure: was your question this about disabling tooltips? I just made it public - no? If I accidentally hit the wrong button I apologise. These buttons are side by side and very small and I'm editing on a iPad right now.

Yes the tooltip question.  The second I posted it, it said it was removed.

I don't know what's going on your side: it just went from Moderation area into official public. So what's the problem other nervous fingers?
