Beginners' Questions I can't set/lock the height of the image when exporting to PNG

When I change the width using the export to PNG function I find that the height is set to "1". Changing the width does not change the height, the height stays at "1". If I try to set the height directly then the width goes to "1". Something has changed in Inkscape to cause this to happen because previously the height was locked to the width and there was no problem when sizing the image for export.

Describe your OS & version, the version of Inkscape and the installer you used, plus any special hardware like tablet/stylus or multiple monitors.

I solved this by setting export PNG -> height and export PNG -> width both to 32 pixels. And then I was able to export a 32 x 32 pixel PNG.
