I read the other threats about this topic here and other tutorials on the web but I still can't open eps files.

    Capture of the error message

these are my Paths (enviroment variables)

I hope you can help me, I have windows 10 and I also showed a capture of my paths above, I tried switching the bin and lib on different positions but I didn't work either.

That does not seem to be a GS path issue.

Please share screenshots of your Edit>Preferences>System. (all rows)

Please post your OS and version, 32 bit or 64 bit, and the Inkscape version and installer used (.msi, .exe, zip, etc).

My OS is windows 10 64bit but I don't know why I installed a 32bit version of inkscape because its folder is in Program files(86X)

    Inkscape version V 0.91. I don't remember which installer I used.

I would uninstall Inkscape and install this 64 bit version: https://inkscape.org/release/1.2.1/windows/64-bit/

    Then, reset the preferences: https://inkscape.org/forums/questions/getting-back-to-square-one-and-starting-over-its-easy/

After that, we can explore eps files. 😊

I installed the 64 bit version and it worked perfectly. Thank you 😃
