Somewhere I read that from version 1.1 the WebP (weppy) format should be completely supported. But I can't find this. Or is this possible with an extension only?
I need some information, please help. Thank's in advance.
The new export file formats come to light when you go Export PNG Image and hit Save As… this will open this dialog from where you can choose of the drop gown menu:
From my experience non except PNG work in macOS and confront me with this error instead:
"Traceback (most recent call last): File "raster_output_tiff.py", line 22, in <module> TiffOutput().run() File "/Applications/Inkscapedevel.app/Contents/Resources/share/inkscape/extensions/inkex/base.py", line 130, in run self.load_raw() File "/Applications/Inkscapedevel.app/Contents/Resources/share/inkscape/extensions/inkex/base.py", line 143, in load_raw document = self.load(self.file_io) File "/Applications/Inkscapedevel.app/Contents/Resources/share/inkscape/extensions/inkex/extensions.py", line 73, in load from PIL import Image ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'PIL'"
@Polygon Thank you for this quick reply. So I discovered it now. But if you don't know this, you would not expect it. And I tried it already and it worked. Test image PNG size 30 KByte and same as WebP 19 KByte - that is great.

As I said: not working for me in macOS - so I guess you´re on Windows or Linux.
@Polygon Yes, I'm on Windows 10
