So I am trying to make an Icon that is 32x32 unfortunately, I have no idea on how to check if it's 32x32 unless if I SC it and put it in MS Paint then set it to 32x32, is there a way to check on how much Pixels x Pixels like 32x32 of an Object?

    Hi,

Take a look at the toolbar at the top of the page. There are boxes for width (W) and height (H), and the measurement unit. See the attached screenshot. Click on your icon (you may need to group if there is more than one object) and see what it shows in the boxes. You can also manually enter measurements to scale objects.

You can also set the page size, and preferred units in Document Properties (on the menu, click File, then Document Properties). Look for the 'Custom Size' section, and set your page size there. This affects the black border that you see when you open Inkscape. The default is A4, but you can make it 32x32px and keep your work within the border boundaries.
