Yeah. Apologies! I tried to open SVG in some old XML editing apps I had, and they wouldn't open it. Inkspace shows the XML, but I don't see how to actually edit with it.
I finally (duh) figured out that Illustrator has a check box to out put that can be edited and saved with an SVG extension with a simple text file editor.
You can edit the XML in the XML Editor, in some ways. But not in every way (at least not that I've figured out).
For example, if you need to edit the Value of an Attribute, you can do that in the XML Editor. But for anything else, you have to open the SVG file in a text editor (not Inkscape).
How do I Copy Edit SVG's Xml code?
I can view the Xml code Viewer, but I need to export it
What does it mean exporting a svg file?
SVG files are plain files, you can simply open those with any available text editor.
