Hi,

I seem to have a problem on Windows 11 machine that I cannot find any info on google for.

The FONT dropdown as well as the "text and font" window seems to be squashing the fonts together.

Below screen shot.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

2. What is the overall font scale that is set in the Inkscape settings for the theme?

The font scale under "theming" is set to 100%

Mmh, I see. Can you try switching the theme, so we know whether this is theme-specific?

No luck.

I tried uninstall and re-install

Tried the different themes but no change.

When I change the font scale to 70%, I can see the font properly in the "Text and Font" window but not on the text dropdown.

I managed to resolve the problem.

I started uninstalling fonts in Windows that Inkscape could not display. Only showed squares:

After that things improved. I then uninstalled fonts where Inkscape displayed the name s little smaller than the rest:

After that, everything was perfectly fine.
