I'm using the 'fill bounded areas' tool and there seems to be a perimeter inside the bounded area where it isn't filling the color. I'm unfamiliar with this tool- is this normal or is there anyway to have the color fill the entire area? Please see attached example- Thanks!
This tool has parameters and works more precisely when zoomed into the area you want to fill. If you want it very precise you´ll need to Convert the black lines with Path->Stroke to Path - then Path->Union - then Path->Break Apart - you have then 3 shapes you can fill with colours independently:
