I am trying to export to png and it is now just freezing up inkscape. I have reinstalled, reset my mac. I have tried different files but it just keep freezing. Please help this is driving me batty.
You're trying to export an image that's one million pixels high. Is that your intention?
Check the sizes you've entered under the 'image size' boxes. Try changing the dpi box first. Try 96.00 and that should hopefully change the height & width to something more manageable.

Ha! I am not trying to do that so that would likely be it! Thankyou I will try and figure out where to change that.
