Hello!

Need to access Preferences going to Edit > Preferences.

The problem is that no windows is opened. Nothing happens.

Already deleted preferences.xml file. I'm on Windows 10

What can I do?

I was having another issue with Inkscape, namely it would open to the taskbar but it wouldn't maximize.

Reinstalling made no difference.

Then I remember I use a second monitor with my laptop which lid is always closed. A little thought and what was happening was that Inkscape was trying to open on the laptop but even so unsuccessfully.

I thought Windows was configured to only use the second monitor. It wasn't so. After configure it that way no problem with Inkscape.
