Having a bit of an issue with the current version. In a previous version the eclipse dimensions defaulted to diameter and in the current version it's set to radius. Is there a way to change it back that I'm missing?
OK, so I create two circles (within a more complex drawing) and want to select them both so that I can used Alignment on them to get them centered on each other. I select the first circle with a pen click and then (holding down the first pen button that I have set as the shift key) I should be able to select the second circle but instead I get the following menu when I hit the pen button-
I see, that's odd. It's the menu I get when I right-click an empty area of the canvas.
Only partial explanation why you might not be able to select the second ellipse: Is it possible it's on a different layer that is locked? It still does not explain why the context menu pops up in the first place, but I don't have a pen to tests this more on my end.

Can you expand on the issue... what steps are you taking?
I think the ellipse tool always used the radius.
In the selection tool you have width / height, so if the ellipse does not include a stroke it matches the diameter.
