Nimm das Knoten-Werkzeug und mit Hochstell-Taste gedrückt wähle alle Formen aus - jetzt ziehe einen Rahmen - immer noch mit dem Knoten-Werkzeug - um diese Formen um jeden Knoten auszuwählen - dann drückst Du Backspace zum löschen.

I have created and .svg file with Inkscape:
BUT I dont now how to delete some certain parts from a layer.
So I think there are 3 types : -Colors
-Brightness Steps
-Grays
I wanna delete some parts of only 1 of the layers but when i try i delete the whole layer.

I don´t understand what you´re after. Do you want delete some parts of a drawing (nodes) or some color or other image properties?
I want delete the black parts in the screenshot.

But they are all part of 1 layer which i get when i create a vector out of a .png file
So if i wanna delete one the whole layer dissapears
