    Hi actempt,
What do you mean? I do not understand your question.

Do you have the program Inkscape installed on your pc and do you want to vectorise an image?

The Inkscape website does not convert images to SVG.  (The webmaster apparently gets lots of mail about this!)

You need to download Inkscape and install it on your computer.  Then you need to import your raster image, and use Path menu > Trace Bitmap.  Help menu > Inkscape manual has a whole chapter on how to use Trace Bitmap.  But we're here if you get stuck.

What kind of image is it?  Did you either import it into Inkscape, or open it in Inkscape?

If all you want to do is make an SVG file, then you need to do File menu > Save as > Inkscape SVG.

However, if it's a raster image (such as JPG or PNG or GIF or some other formats) and you need the image to be vectorized, you'll need to use Path menu > Trace Bitmap.  As I said before, there's a whole chapter on how to use it in the manual (Help menu > Inkscape manual).  But we're still here if you get stuck.

If none of that info seems to help you, please tell us what you want to do.
